  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days depending on customs and location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 within India.

  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee will be added at checkout.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track your package easily.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (for damaged items).

  • We’ll investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.
